Delete Account & Remove Data
If you want to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
- Open the app and go to Settings > Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm your decision.
If this is not possible, you can also send an email to info@kazatracker.app with the subject line “Delete Account”. We will process your request within 7 days.
What data will be deleted?
- Your user account including user ID and profile information
- Associated app data (history, preferences, etc.)
What data will NOT be deleted?
- Data that must be temporarily retained for legal reasons (e.g., payment records) – max. 90 days
